What we collect

We only collect personal data that you type into a form yourself:

• Enquiry forms ("Talk to an advisor" and "Contact us"): your name, email address, optionally your phone number, your message, and which programme page you were on when you wrote it.
• Stored in your own browser only (never sent to us): your saved/favourite programmes, your chosen language, and your light/dark theme preference. Clearing your browser storage erases these.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not buy or sell personal data.

Why we use it, and on what basis

Enquiry details are used for one purpose: to reply to your enquiry and help with your application questions. The lawful basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You can withdraw it at any time by emailing us, and we will delete your enquiry.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to answer them and for a reasonable follow-up period, then deleted. [Operator to complete: state the exact retention period, e.g. 24 months.]

Who else sees it

Your rights

If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, you have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these, email [email protected] — we will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Cookies and similar storage

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. It uses privacy-friendly, cookie-free analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to understand which pages are visited and how search is used — no personal data is collected and no data is shared with third parties. It uses your browser's local storage to remember your language, theme and saved programmes — this data never leaves your device. A single cookie is used only for staff signing in to the private admin area, which ordinary visitors never touch.

Accuracy of programme information

Programme details are gathered from universities' own published pages and may be out of date or incomplete. Fields we could not verify are marked as not published rather than filled in with a guess. Always confirm details on the university's official page before applying.
